Every session is tailored — typically a blend of careful listening, breath-body work, and targeted voice exercises. We'll start with your story, a gentle assessment, and a clear, realistic plan.
Singing-informed
voice rehabilitation.
Practical, hopeful voice work for people navigating strain, vocal fatigue, or changes after surgery or illness — shaped around the life your voice needs to do.
A whole-person approach to voice.
Voice is layered: body, breath, attention, meaning. My work draws on CoreSinging™, manual therapy-informed release, endoscopic evaluation understanding, and years of teaching singers and speakers at every level.
Expect curiosity, not correction. We'll find what's working and build from there.
Voices at every stage.
Professional and emerging — range, stamina, vocal freedom.
Teachers, presenters, broadcasters — voice that lasts.
Careful, paced work alongside your clinical team.

How it works
A free 15-minute consult call to understand what you're navigating. From there, sessions are usually 50–60 minutes, in-person in Cork or online. We agree a pace that fits your life.
What to expect
Curiosity, warmth, and practical work you can use straight away. Exercises are short and focused. We build trust slowly and celebrate what's already there before stretching into new ground.
